Our signature style (expertly seared, juicy and always cooked saignant) lets the natural character of the meat shine. Our menu is a journey through bold flavors and refined simplicity, from timeless steak tartare and classic cuts of beef to fresh seasonal additions. All served with house-made sauces, thoughtfully curated sides, and our signature fresh-cut fries baked in beef fat. As we evolve, you'll find even more seasonal vegetables and creative sides on the menu, a celebration of what's fresh, local, and inspiring. Simple, honest, and unmistakably De Beukenhaag. Note for groups of 6 or more, we work with group formulas. Formulas are also available for smaller tables of two people or more.
