We want to introduce you to top-quality beef, selected by us and cooked to the highest standards. Crispy on the outside and juicy and rare on the inside. We keep repeating: “Eat less, but better beef.” Because a flavorful piece of meat comes from a happy cow. At De Beukenhaag we believe in one simple truth: good food should be honest, flavorful, and deeply rooted in tradition. For more than a decade, our kitchen has celebrated the finest quality beef: carefully chosen, expertly prepared, and served with flair.
We choose our beef not by fad or fashion, but by character, sourcing the best pieces of the moment regardless of breed. Each cut is handled with care, seared to perfection, and served in true De Beukenhaag style: rich on the outside and juicy in the centre.

We’re redefining what farm-to-table means at De Beukenhaag. (Think of it as field-to-fork, reimagined with creativity and heart.) It’s about: respecting local growers, elevating seasonal produce, pairing each cut of meat with sides that complement, not compete, every plate is a conversation between land and palate (honest ingredients, thoughtfully prepared.)

Our signature style (expertly seared, juicy and always cooked saignant) lets the natural character of the meat shine. Our menu is a journey through bold flavors and refined simplicity, from timeless steak tartare and classic cuts of beef to fresh seasonal additions. All served with house-made sauces, thoughtfully curated sides, and our signature fresh-cut fries baked in beef fat. As we evolve, you’ll find even more seasonal vegetables and creative sides on the menu, a celebration of what’s fresh, local, and inspiring. Simple, honest, and unmistakably De Beukenhaag. Note for groups of 6 or more, we work with group formulas. Formulas are also available for smaller tables of two people or more.
